AGREEMENT ON COACHING AND OTHER CONSULTATION SERVICES
1. General Provisions
1.1. This distance agreement is concluded between the self-employed service provider Liene Stepanova, registration No. 31058910026 (hereinafter – Service Provider), and the person applying for the service (hereinafter – Client) __________________________.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. The Service Provider provides coaching, mentoring, personal development consultations, and other related services.
2.2. The Service Provider is a professional whose aim is to help the Client develop thinking, make decisions, and achieve personal or professional goals, or otherwise improve quality of life.
2.3. Consultations may take place online or in person, as agreed between the parties.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The price of the service is agreed with the Client before issuing the invoice.
3.2. The Service Provider issues an invoice for the service.
3.3. The service will be provided after full payment of the invoice, unless the parties agree otherwise.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions
4.1. If the Client wishes to reschedule a consultation, the Service Provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2. If the notice is given later than this deadline, the session is considered to have taken place.
4.3. The Service Provider may reschedule a session due to objective reasons and will inform the Client in a timely manner.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. In accordance with distance contract regulations, the Client has the right to withdraw from the service within 14 days from the moment of payment, if the service has not yet started.
5.2. If the Client agrees that the service begins before the end of this period, the Client loses the right of withdrawal in respect of consultations that have already been provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the Client is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the Client following consultations.
6.3. Any sexual or intimate relationship between the Client and the Service Provider is strictly prohibited, as the cooperation is exclusively professional and focused on life, career, and business development consultations.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. All information discussed during consultations is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases required by applicable laws.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Client’s personal data is used only for providing the service, issuing invoices, and communication with the Client, in accordance with European Union data protection regulations.
9. Entry into Force of the Agreement
9.1. This Agreement enters into force at the moment when the Client makes the payment for the service or otherwise confirms acceptance of the service.
9.2. The Client’s payment shall be considered confirmation that the Client has read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
