Customer relations
- I commit to building a clear, accepting, and professional relationship with the client, respecting cultural differences and setting boundaries in the coaching relationship.
- I pledge not to engage in any kind of sexual relationship with my clients.
- I undertake to inform the client about all the terms of cooperation and to work in accordance with the concluded agreement.
- Before starting a coaching relationship or during an introductory session, I make sure that the client understands what coaching is and inform them about confidentiality, financial conditions, and other terms of cooperation.
- I undertake not to knowingly mislead the client about the expected coaching results or about working directly with me as a coach.
- I undertake not to provide clients with information or advice that could be misunderstood.
- I will not use the information obtained during coaching for personal, financial or other gain.
- I respect the client’s right to end the coaching relationship at any time and pay attention to signs that the client is no longer benefiting from the collaboration.
- If I believe that another specialist would be more suitable for the client, I will make an appropriate recommendation.
- If a client expresses an intention to harm others, I take all possible measures to inform the responsible authorities.
Confidentiality and the client’s right to privacy
- I respect the client’s right to privacy regarding information obtained during coaching, except when it is contrary to regulatory enactments.
- I undertake to obtain the client’s consent before using their name publicly, providing recommendations, or transferring information to third parties.
- If a commercial or other offer is made, I first obtain the client’s permission before transferring their personal data to third parties.
Conflict of interest
- I try to avoid potential conflicts of interest between myself and the client.
- If a conflict of interest arises, I do my best to resolve it in the best interests of the client.
- I inform the client of any benefits received from third parties as a result of the client’s recommendations.

I pledge to adhere to this Code of Ethics, to treat all people with respect as independent and equal individuals, and to consistently apply these principles in my work with clients.
