1. General Provisions
1.1. This Distance Agreement is concluded between Liene Stepanova, reg. no. 310589-10026 (hereinafter – Service Provider) and the person applying for the service (hereinafter – Client) __________________________.
1.2. This agreement sets the terms for providing coaching, mentoring, and personal growth sessions.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. The Service Provider offers individual growth consultations, mentoring, systemic constellations sessions, and Reiki energy healing sessions.
2.2. Sessions can take place online or in person as agreed in advance.
3. Payment
3.1. The service price is agreed with the Client before issuing an invoice.
3.2. Collaboration begins only after full invoice payment unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. The Service Provider is not a VAT payer.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1. The Client may reschedule a session by informing the Service Provider at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2. If notice is given later, the session is considered completed and payment is non-refundable.
4.3. By starting the first session, the Client confirms acceptance of the service and loses the right of withdrawal for that session.
4.4. The Client has the right to withdraw from the service within 14 days of payment, if the service has not yet started.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. All information obtained during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
5.2. Client personal data is used solely for invoicing and communication purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the Client after sessions.
6.3. Any sexual or intimate relationship between the Client and Service Provider is strictly prohibited.
7. Entry into Force
7.1. This agreement enters into force when the Client makes payment or otherwise confirms acceptance of the service.
7.2. Payment by the Client is considered confirmation that the Client has read and agrees to the terms of this agreement.
